BoltOps, LLC ("BoltOps" or "we") respects and is committed to protecting the privacy rights of its participants, visitors, and other users of BoltOps's website (the "Site"). Cookies are required to use the BoltOps service. We use cookies to record current session information, but do not use permanent cookies. You are required to re-login to your BoltOps account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.

Data Storage

BoltOps uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run BoltOps. Although BoltOps owns the code, databases, and all rights to the BoltOps application, you retain all rights to your data.

Disclosure

BoltOps may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Changes

BoltOps may periodically update this policy. We will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy, and in some cases, we may provide you with more prominent notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification). Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Privacy Policy, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
